Academic Information Center since 1995. latvia's representative in the Council of Europe / UNESCO Diplomatic Recognition Network ENIC and the European Union Diplomatic Recognition Network NARIC. Latvian ENIC / NARIC performs the following functions:
✓ performs examination of foreign diplomas in Latvia( in accordance with Article 11.1 of the Education Law), ✓ provides information on the Latvian education system to the ENIC / NARIC network, foreign universities, interested parties in Latvia.
