From the grown cereals, BIO flour of various grinds from rye, wheat, buckwheat, barley, peas and buckwheat is ground in the mill. Other BIO products are also prepared for sale - oat flakes and oat groats, rye flakes, green buckwheat, buckwheat hulls, peas, split peas, barley groats, rye bran, wheat bran. The prerequisite and key to success in organic farming is a healthy and rich soil that is able to resist pests and diseases on its own.
