"Latvijas Samariešu apvienība" is an independent and voluntary public benefit organization whose mission is to help people. Samaritans implements or participates in many charity and social support projects, as well as provides educational, social and medical care services in Latvia.

Paid services: driver, firearms commission, medical certification for authorities for work in special conditions, for orphan's courts, for enrollment in educational institutions. Paid services cost 7 EUR. Certificates are issued to residents of Tukums, Kandava, Engure and Jaunpils municipalities according to their declared place of residence. Children under the age of 18 are only accepted with parents, guardians or notarized power of attorney.
