5. Figure modeling

Figure modeling includes the following massages:

Lymphatic massage is focused primarily on the circulation of lymph throughout the body, or diagnosing the condition of the lymphatic system. It is a preparation for subsequent massage sessions. The main purpose of lymphatic massage is the prevention of various types of diseases, reducing the severity of chronic diseases.

Lymphatic drainage massage - it is based on coordinated, systematically structured procedures. Each movement moves the skin in the direction of lymph movement, accelerating the drainage of fluid and the removal of toxins and unnecessary waste. A procedure during which the circulation of lymph fluid is normalized, as a result of which the body gets rid of toxins much faster. Regular use of lymphatic drainage massage can have several positive effects:
