Technical nature and properties of LBS:

Low density cellular concrete( ZBS) is a flowable cement-based material with a controllable bulk density and a uniform pore structure. It is manufactured on site or in a technological process adapted to the needs of the site and is installed as a lightweight, self-flowing fill without mechanical compaction. LBS is good at filling complex-shaped voids, pipelines, annular spaces and restricted access areas, where mechanical laying of traditional material, high-quality compaction or construction of separate supporting structures is difficult, time-consuming or practically ineffective. After hardening, LBS forms a homogeneous, stable and controllable fill with significantly less self-weight than traditional mineral fills or conventional concrete.
