Psychotherapy and addiction specialist, who mainly uses the modularity of cognitive behavioral therapy in her work( equipment) . I work with requests about addictions, anxiety, depression, relationships, vegetative dystonia.

About me: My path to becoming a psychotherapy and addiction specialist has been shaped by diverse personal and professional experiences, where I have gone through various trials and tribulations. As a person, wife and mother, I see many different challenges in people's lives that create tension, prevent them from achieving balance in life and maintaining healthy mental and physical health. Throughout my life, I have encountered many different challenges, people, and trials that have made me stronger professionally and spiritually, as well as strengthened my belief that only by supporting and helping other people can we improve ourselves and help others improve. The human consciousness, spirit, and soul crave social cooperation and its enjoyment. People naturally want it and thrive better when they cooperate and help each other. These relationships, which we gain from social cooperation and help, make us happier, healthier, and more productive. It is one of the characteristics of human nature that I want to develop to the maximum in myself and bring to every person around me, providing the best possible professional support.
