✓ Understand the causes of back pain; ✓ Refresh knowledge about spinal anatomy and muscle functions; ✓ Understand the biomechanics of spinal movement; ✓ Understand the importance of muscle function in pain; ✓ Learn clinical diagnostic methods of the spine; ✓ Learn muscle testing, which is necessary for diagnosis and selection of optimal treatment methods; ✓ Learn about and practice treatment methods to prevent back pain.
