I have been doing braiding for more than 35 years, and the last 20 with strip braids. It is my hobby and free time. I like to do it. I do not weave the same works. They are labor intensive and can be said to be exclusive. Because I like wood and its structure, I use many different varieties, types and even different growths of wood in my works. My works are in many foreign countries - USA, Germany, Holland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Kazakhstan. My work is in the exposition building of the Salaspils Botanical Garden - BOTANIA, where there is a stand with my pine root weaving.
