Description: 1995. in June, we, the actresses of Liepāja Theater, decided to please our colleagues in the closing concert of the season with Līgo songs. At this point, the idea of "Atštaukām" . We come from all regions of Latvia, so we also sing songs from different regions. Of course, these are mostly songs from the Kurzeme side, because our lead singer was Austra Pumpure - a real rucavniece. We still use her dowry. As we often come out to sing in different honors, as already actresses, we create our programs as small performances, corresponding to the anniversary celebrations and various honors - weddings, baptisms, etc. Pick up "NAMĪNĀ" guests are welcomed with soup, a treat, a concert. We invite children to participate in traditional holiday folklore schools. 2017. lauku Ceļotājs awarded a folklore group "Atštaukas" cultural sign "Latviskais mantojums" . We welcome tourists and guests of Liepaja to the folklore center "Namīns" .
