I have been doing braiding for more than 35 years, and the last 20 with strip braids. It is my hobby and free time. I like to do it. I do not weave the same works. Each work or weave is different from each other and is therefore one-of-a-kind. I have knitted works for special people who want it to be just for him with his wishes. They are labor intensive and can be said to be exclusive. Because I like wood and its structure, I use many different varieties, types and even different growths of wood in my works. I create bases for braids and wrap them. Whenever possible, I participate in needlework fairs, representative events where the region participates and represent it as a needlework.

My works are in many foreign countries - USA, Germany, Holland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Kazakhstan. My work is in the exposition building of the Salaspils Botanical Garden - BOTANIA, where there is a stand with my pine root weaving. I am 2023. 2010 in the Dobeles region's best entrepreneur nomination - craftsman - homemaker.
