High-speed blasting - a highly effective and irreplaceable metal surface treatment technology before powder coating. Rapid blasting takes place in a special chamber. ( The maximum size of the part - 9000x3500x3000 mm) . Shots, fed at a pressure of 8 bar through the gap of the air abrasive jet directed at the surface of the part, allow to eliminate the old paint, various dirt and coatings, protect against rust. Give the surface the necessary roughness before applying the powder coating, protects against film, smooths out irregularities, matts the metal surface, removes oxide films from the metal before welding. Blasting treatment allows for complete metal cleaning and provides a roughness that ensures good adhesion between the metal and the powder coating.
